CLC TECHNICAL MISSION STATEMENT
The CLC has provided Technical Support to schools in the Stoke On Trent area for a number of years. During this time our team has grown to accommodate the increasing demand for our services. We now provide technical services to approximately 25 schools in the city – we expect this to increase over the coming months and will always ensure that we have enough capacity to accommodate this growth.
The Services we provide include:
- Technical Support contracts, ranging from flexible support to a fulltime technical presence
- Network rework and rebuilds
- New equipment installations
- Software installations
- Server room reorganisation
- Advice service
- Consultancy
- Liaison with 3rd party contractors
- Signposting to other services we are unable to provide
Our Team
We have a team of 5 technicians, all are multi-skilled in a variety of networks and solutions. We can also provide guidance on Apple technologies. We have worked hard to develop a philosophy which means our technicians focus on the technology supporting the curriculum which we feel is an important focus as the city moves into the building schools of the future program. Our technicians have access to the latest support technology and we have a clearly defined support structure should they encounter issues with your network that they need help with

We offer a varied level of technical support packages to suit your needs and are happy to tailor this service as required. Our technicians have a wide range of qualifications, skills and resources at their disposal to enable them to address all of the technical needs of a school.
Network Rework and Rebuild
We have worked with many schools in the area to address the constantly changing needs of ICT from the smallest job to full and total rebuilds. We are happy to give guidance and advice with such matters.
