Stoke on Trent City learning Centres have been working on a "front end" Website to house all the podcasts made by the city's schools.  Podblast is now live and schools who have activated their Podium license can register for free to upload their work. The CLC has purchased Podium Podcasting software for use in all schools ...

It seemed inevietable that when Adobe bought its competitor Macromedia last year, that some software packages that we were familiar with would bite the dust. Up until now Adobe have been biding their time, they have recently changed the Macromedia website, and made it very confusing and hard to use...like adobe .com, so nothing new there ...

February 28th saw an Animation workshop from Harpfield Primary school. Children and teachers worked alongside CLC staff to produce unique animations in the one day session. The models were made from paper, foam and pipecleaners. A range of films were produced and distributed to the school.
