When making a booking, please ensure that you have the following information available:-

• The organisation the booking is for
• Contact name, address and telephone number
• Number of visitors
• Refreshment / food requirements
• Required software / hardware
• Start / finishing times
• Information on any special requirements (disabled access, dietary requirements, room layout etc.)

Once your booking has been taken, a copy of a completed booking form will be sent to you to check, sign and return.
