Facilities
Dedicated toilets are available for delegates

Disabled facilities
There is a lift to the first floor and a disabled toilet is located on the ground floor.

Refreshments / Lunch
Water is freely available and hot drinks and lunch can be arranged if required at an additional cost.

Arrival/Departure
All delegates are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out when departing.

Fire Alarm
You will be informed if a drill is planned to take place during your booking.  The fire alarm is a pulsing siren and upon arrival you will be informed of the designated assembly point.   A member of CLC staff will escort delegates from the building to the designated assembly point.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the perimeter of the centre of its grounds.  Smoking may only take place outside the main entrance.
